Only a small amount of FunCakes is enough for rich coloring, meaning the tubes will last long. Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, biscuits, chocolate, cream, pasta, etc., and watch it transform into the desired color.

Each gel is packaged in a tube labeled with the respective color. The tube contains a plug under the screw cap. Simply peel and squeeze the gel from the tube. No more color leaking into your color compartment.

Ingredients: glycerin, propylene glycol, color: E104, emulsifier: E551, color: E133. E104: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Halal certified.

For use in food. Maximum usable dose: 8 g/kg.

How to use: add gel to fondant or marzipan and work through. Work through to the desired color. Colored fondant or marzipan is ready for modeling. After incorporating the color into the dough, bake only up to 200°C.
