How much do you need to cover a cake? For a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm you will need approximately 500g of fondant. The fondant is also very suitable for decorations.
Instructions for decorations: Add one full teaspoon of Tylose (item 1098) and a little water to 250g of fondant. Knead well before use and roll out on powdered sugar into a thin sheet for crafting flowers or figurines.
