FunCakes Royal Icing - Royal Icing 450g

FunCakes Royal Icing is intended for making sugar decorations, for delicate finishing work using a piping bag, for example lace decoration on covering pastes, on gingerbread, and for making colored flowers.

Instructions: For 450 g of mix (sifted!), 55 ml of water. Add water to the mixture and whisk with a mixer for about 7-10 minutes at low speed. Royal Icing is ready when it is shiny and firm. For 200g of royal icing add 1 teaspoon of water if you want medium consistency or 2 teaspoons of water to achieve thin consistency (for pouring over a finished cake).


Ingredients: sugar, dried glucose syrup, egg white (free range, dried), acid: E330.
