Mixture for making fluffy dark whipped masses, suitable for making layers and bases.

Dosage:

Layers: 1000g Dark Sponge Cake Mix, 750g egg melange, 150g water. Beat all ingredients at 3rd speed for 8 minutes.

Base, bundt cake: 1000g Sacher Mix, 700g egg melange, 150g water, 80g oil (optional). Beat all ingredients except oil at 3rd speed for 8 minutes. In the last minute, switch the mixer to 2nd speed, pour in the oil, and let it mix thoroughly.
