Ready-to-use baking mix - Red Velvet 1kg
Very popular Red Velvet sponge already in your kitchen. With the ready mix, you don't have to worry about anything. The ready mix can be used in the preparation of cakes, muffins, rolls, or other confectionery products. The dough made from this mixture is juicy, has a compact and smooth surface.
Instructions:
Cake base: 1000g mix Sandra Velvet, 650g water, 180g oil.
Velvet sheets: 1000g mix Sandra Velvet, 535g water, 180g oil, 160g eggs.
Velvet cookies: 1000g mix Sandra Velvet, 40g water, 360g butter, 200g chocolate chips, 100g sugar.
Combine all the ingredients and let it swell for about 5 minutes. Then beat at the slowest speed for 1 - 2 minutes until smooth and homogeneous. Bake in a preheated oven at about 180°C.
Tip: Fill and decorate the cake base or sheets made from Sandra VELVET with a special white cream made from quark, cheese (mascarpone), or cream.
