Using this strip, you will create a perfect decoration for all cakes or other confectionery products. Usage: Sprinkle all parts of the mold with cornstarch or powdered sugar. Create a roll out of fondant or gum paste and press it into the mold. Fill all the spaces with fondant using a rolling pin or a smoothing tool and carefully trim off the excess fondant.
Remove the finished strip by turning the silicone mold onto a surface and rolling out the finished strip. You can also use a knife to help release it.
Attach the strip to the covered cake with edible glue or water. Cleaning: Wash in warm soapy water before first use, or in the top rack of the dishwasher. Make sure all parts of the mold are perfectly dry before use.
