You can use concentrated gel color to color marzipan and fondant or creams, achieving beautiful natural colors.

Apply the color with a toothpick and work it in, following this process until you achieve the desired shade.

Ingredients: vegetable glycerin (E422), mono-propylene glycol (E1520), silicon dioxide (E551), color (E133, E122).
