Sugarflair gel color - Aztec Blue - 25g

You can use this concentrated gel color to dye marzipan and fondant or creams, achieving beautiful natural colors.

Ingredients: vegetable glycerin (E422), mono propylene glycol (E1520), silicon dioxide (E551), colors: E171, E133, E122. E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Kosher.

Directions: Stir well before use. Apply the color paste in a small quantity with a clean cocktail stick or similar, then mix well until marzipan/fondant is fully colored.

Storage instructions: Store in closed containers in a dry place.

Suitable for all water-based foods.
