Lilly - pear - whipped cream stabilizer - 250g

Powder mix from Irca company for preparing cold creams.

Suitable for: cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.

Dosage: LILLY pear 200g + water or milk (20-25°C) 300g + cream 1000g

Usage: Mix the powder with water and slowly fold it into whipped unsweetened cream.

              Place into suitable molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for at least 40 minutes. Can also be used for ice cream.
