Concentrated gel food colorant.

Net weight 28g. The color is suitable for coloring any confectionery materials - creams, icings, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called sugarpaste. Add gradually from a small amount until the desired shade is achieved.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum recommended dose: 0.07g / 100g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E122, E110, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E110 and E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
