Concentrated gel food coloring.

Packaging weight 28 g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery materials - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called fondant. Add gradually from a small amount to achieve the desired shade.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum recommended dosage: 0.27 g / 100 g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol E422), water, colors (E102, (E110), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330), sodium citrates (E331)), thickener (agar (E406))), preservatives (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E102 and E110 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
