White frosting - pieces - 500g
Use: dissolve the required amount at max. 45°C (if the frosting is heated more, it will start to clump). Then cool to approx. 30°C, and the icing is thus ready for use. If the frosting is too stiff, it can be thinned with 100% shortening.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm and shea), skimmed milk powder (8%). dried whey, emulsifier (soy lecithin), Bourbon Madagascar vanilla extract.

Storage: well closed, at a temperature of up to 25°C
