Recipe:
Powdered sugar 140 g
Yolk 9 pcs
Egg 1 pc
Granulated sugar 140 g
Vanilla sugar
(Package) 1 pc
Fat
(Hardened, for deletion)
Whipping cream 1/4 l
Procedure:
Melt the solidified fat and carefully grease the molds with a bow. Whisk the sugar with the egg yolks, egg and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Rub until the mass is almost white, then fill the prepared molds halfway (dissolve the solidified fat and wipe the molds with a bow). Place on a baking sheet and bake slowly in a preheated oven. In the end, we just dry it. Turn out the baked, almost cooled caskets. Lightly press the top with your fingers and fill with whipped cream.
