Mirall high-gloss glaze - Caramel - 250g
Use: Remove the required amount of strawberry Mirall Caramel and warmed in a microwave oven or a water bath at a temperature of 45-50'C. Shortly mix up without incorporate air. Products definitely put a coating on a suitable substrate using a spatula crushing a Mirall Caramel. Coated product lightly shaken. Mirall Caramel may be used without heating. Spatula shortly will elaborate the necessary amount, and then tweak the product. Products covered Mirall Caramel hold shine even at -20 'C..
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, water, modified starch, thickeners (E440ii, E407, E341),
dyes (E150c, pepper extract), sunflower lecithin, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid,
preservative E202, aroma.
Store in a cool, dry place.
The product may contain traces of milk and products thereof.
