Paletta MIROIR high-gloss glaze - raspberry - 250g

Mirror topping for high-gloss irrigation. Also suitable for flavoring creams.

Coating gel with fruit content for decoration of confectionery products - adds shine and prevents drying out, dries on the surface of the product but does not solidify, easily spreads. It is applied cold.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, raspberries 18%, sugar, water, modified starch: E1442, acid: E330, black carrot concentrate, aroma.

Store in a dry and cool place.
