Flavoring aroma paste

These FunCakes flavored pastes have an excellent taste and are ideal for flavoring creams, ice creams. FunCakes aroma paste are also suitable for baking and flavoring e.g. sponge cakes. If you bake at a temperature higher than 200 ° C, add more paste, a high temperature reduces the expressiveness of the flavor. Aroma paste can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, water, color: E150d, acidity regulator: E330, aroma, thickener: E440a. May contain traces of: eggs, milk, nuts and sulphite.

Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
