ScrapCooking - Flavoring aroma paste
A classic baking flavor because it's so good: vanilla! With FunCakes Bourbon Vanilla Paste, you can easily flavor creams, cakes, toppings, cookies, pies, ice cream and sauces. This paste has a delicious rich and creamy taste with velvety undertones and contains real vanilla seeds straight from the pod. One teaspoon of this paste is equal to 1 vanilla bean. Use 2-4 teaspoons per 500g of final product.
FunCakes bourbon vanilla paste comes from vanilla grown in Madagascar. The paste does not contain alcohol and is stable during baking and freeze-thaw. Packaged in a convenient, squeezable tube.
Perfect for flavoring macaroons, bavarians, ganache, meringues, cakes, toppings and more.
It is easy to dose thanks to the 50g resealable tube.
Can be used hot or cold.
Ingredients: invert sugar syrup, sugar, water, Bourbon vanilla extract (4%), dried Bourbon vanilla powder (1%), thickener: E406.
