ModecorGel for edible paper 50g

Special food gel for edible paper.

Developed to enhance colors and achieve a realistic appearance of edible paper images / photos. It is also used to protect the image from getting wet and to attach the image to the cake. Can be colored.

Use: Spread the picture from the bottom and stick it on the cake. Then smear the image from the top. Apply with a knife or spatula.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar (29%), water, gelling agent: E406, acidifying agent: E330, preservative: E202.

May contain traces of milk, soy, hazelnuts.

Store in a cool, dry place.
